More than just a place to dock your boat!

One of the features I like most about EBM is the ability to give guests a keypad code for the dock gate and the restrooms. So convenient!

Any casual observer of EBM can see the world class views of Mount Rainier, the Space Needle, the Downtown skyline, the Olympic Mountain range, the clean wide docks, and great options for eating but what someone may not know is the friendly ‘Nordstrom’ style of service from all of the staff whether it be dockhands to pump out staff … it is what sets EBM head and shoulders above.

We have been residents of EBM for three years now, and we’ll say this place is like a country club. The only thing missing is Golfers. We boated in Newport Beach, Ca. and Dana Point, and Catalina and those places can’t hold a candle to EBM. How many places can you get assistance mooring on a windy day? You can here. The staff goes out of their way to know your name and fill any of your needs. The restaurants are fabulous. The gas dock is friendly too. These people are first-class and the best in Seattle.

In the nearly twenty years that my wife and I have kept a boat at the EBM, we have seen our share of high wind conditions. On such occasions, we frequently have called the Harbormaster’s office to request assistance in landing to avoiding bumping other boats. Without fail, one or two staff members have covered the several hundred yards to reach our slip in time to provide such needed assistance. In our experience, the EBM’s commitment to customer safety and satisfaction has been consistently exemplary.

During my 64 years of boating Elliott Bay Marina has been by far the best of the best, for many reasons. From the manager down to the personnel have been great and helpful in every way. The services they provide are extraordinaire. I have been at the marina for approx. 16 years and have no complaints.

We live five hours away from our boat and enjoy the confidence we have in the marina’s security and the watchfulness by staff.

Few things more enjoyable after a nice cruise on the sound, then being greeted by fellow sailors, and heading to the Palisade restaurant for dinner as the sunsets over the Olympic Mountains. Elliott Bay Marina provides this special opportunity on a daily basis.

After nine years at EBM, we can honestly say there is no other marina in Washington state that we would rather call home. The staff, facilities, grounds and view are the best Seattle has to offer! The little everyday things like our neighbors, the fact the staff walks and cleans the docks daily, the convenience of the fuel dock store and warmth we feel when visiting the marina office are so greatly appreciated.

We have been keeping our boat at Elliott Bay Marina for close to 14 years. Very Satisfied is the best way to sum up our experience! Lovely facilities and location. The best part is the staff. They seem to stay around and first name basis makes for better service. We use the docking help on occasion and it’s a great benefit. We wouldn’t consider moving.

We have kept our boats in top marinas in Miami, California, The Great Lakes and Texas over the years and EBM is the absolute friendliest, safest and best-managed of any we have ever found. Which is why we have been here for nearly 20 years now.

We have had four different vessels moored at Elliott Bay Marina over the past 18 years. Having cruised the west coast from Mexico to Alaska over the past 35 years, we believe EBM to be the finest marina we’ve experienced. Great facility and great staff, and the fuel dock is much more than just a fuel dock!

The marina is my sanctuary. A place of quiet and beauty. It’s always pristine. Everyone is cheerful by the water — and why not? It is so calming. If I am having a stressful day, the marina takes it all away.

I took my six grandkids to the fuel dock in the Zodiac. They call it the “Everything Pirate Store.” We pulled up and Anne helped us dock. The kids were ecstatic when they saw Anne’s tattoo. It really was a Pirate Store and inside was all the “snusk” that they desired–ice cream, cookies, Gummy Worms and more! They raided the place and we left with enough energy food to make me either the best grandpa ever or the worst (depending on who is talking). Thanks for making Elliott Bay much more than a place to moor the boat.

We are not seasoned cruisers, but this marina was an outstanding experience for us. The staff is super accommodating and friendly and the onsite restaurants are a huge plus. The slip we were in was plenty long enough and although we didn’t need it, there was assistance available to aide us with landing. The restrooms and showers were the best we have seen so far and also the cleanest. Highly recommend a stay here!

Away from the city chaos with one of a kind sweeping views of Seattle, Puget Sound and islands. Fine dining and a bar and grill with large outdoor patio. Great little shop at the fuel dock where you can pick up local wines and brews…and ice cream treats.

We love Elliott Bay Marina! It’s our first time mooring and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! No question is dumb! Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and the rest of the crew for always answering all of our questions.

Always a great experience at Elliott Bay Marina, the staff and the beauty and the cleanliness keep us coming back … Love the breakfast at the local restaurant also .. 🙂 Cheers Guys !

Really outstanding people, I had people rush to open a door since I just bought a sailboat there and I was loading stuff all day, I was impressed!

Great marina. Totally awesome bathrooms. That is super important, just sayin!

Three Little Birds serenaded us and a nice wooden bench allowed me to get him ready before going into the shower stall. Once in the shower, Porter belted out the, “Don’t worry, about a thing. ‘Cause every little thing, gonna be alright” chorus and I couldn’t help but laugh, as there were other people using the bathroom as well. Besides the nice addition of music, the showers here are always well maintained and the water pressure is good. Showers at Elliott Bay, “No worries!”
